| This course is designed to support and improve the gains students accomplished as part of their participation in English A ��. This is done through various class activities, designed in order for students to explore and work on improving reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in the English language. Students participate in group discussions; prepare written reports in-class with groups; and apply what they gain during class speaking quizzes. Students will also give two short presentations during the course. In addition, students will take vocabulary quizzes focused on level appropriate word groups. Finally, students read English level appropriate stories focused on various themes, therefore they develop and improve English reading comprehension, as well as their reading speed. |
