授業概要
This class will focus on developing communicative skills in English for practical work purposes, especially when communicating with customers/patients in pharmacies/hospitals.

評価方法
Performance will be assessed through a combination of the following: attendance (no more than 5 absences), in-class participation, attitude towards English use, homework, and tests (written and oral). 総合評価は次の項目を含める：出席（欠席は5回以下）、授業中の参加、英語を使う態度、宿題、テスト（筆記・スピーキング）。

Office Hours: Tuesdays, Period 2. Building 25 (Media Center), 10F.

On the first day, we will register for Google Classroom, so students should bring their mobile/smartphone and university e-mail address/password. Students should also download Google Apps for Education on their smartphone (at least Google Classroom, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs).
初日に「グーグルクラスルーム」の登録を行いますので、自分のスマートフォンや携帯電話、そして大学が与えたメールアドレスとパスワードを持参するのが必要。初日までにグーグルのアプリ（少なくともグーグルクラスルーム、Gmail, グーグルドライブ、グーグルドキュメント）をスマートフォンにインストールをお勧めします。

Students must actively participate in class. Please bring the textbook and a notebook to each class. Some homework will be turned in using Google Classroom and/or other means (e-mail, SNS, etc). Students should have access to a computer, cell phone, and/or smart phone, preferably one with video capability. 授業中積極的に参加しなければならない。教科書とノートを毎回持参。一部の宿題はグーグルクラスルームや、電子メールSNSなどのオンライン方法で提出する。パソコン、携帯、スマートフォンのアクセスが必須（出来れば録画が可能なもの）。
