| This course will continue to develop the students\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' skill of debating in English. Beginning with simple \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'A or B\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' opinion type debates to re-introduce the students to the skills they learned in the previous semester. The students will then return to topical debates and statements from the first semester, where the students (in groups) will have to criticise or defend the given statement. |

| Grade is calculated based on the following Rubric: 34%: Presence & Class Participation 33%: Homework 33%: Project Work Test: Optional レポート等に対する解説・講評は、随時グーグルクラスルームでフィードバックします *Students are free to consult teachers about their grades at any time during the semester. *Students who have low Participation or Homework Grades will be given a take home test. This test will then be used as a replacement for the low grade |
