CONTINUATION OF SEMESTER 1. ¡ÚOutline¡ÛThis course uses real world content in themes and topics, to develop skills in grammar,vocabulary,listening,speaking,pronunciation,reading and writing general English appropriate for everyday usage. The competency based syllabus enables students to practice language through communicative tasks. Active participation and engagement from students is required. ¡ÚGoals/Aims¡ÛThe course aims to facilitate development of language use strategies,confidence and competency. With active engagement students can expect to consolidate and expand existent English skills and understanding,identify and remedy weak components, and gain greater competency across key areas of language learning / usage. |
