This class will explore food and nutrition-related topics to strengthen students\\\\\\\' English communication skills (listening/speaking, reading/writing). Students must actively participate in class. Please bring a dictionary (paper or electronic) and notebook to class. Some homework/projects need to be submitted by Google Classroom or other electronic means. Students should have access to a computer, cell phone, and/or smart phone, preferably one with video capability. On the first day, we will register for Google Classroom, so students should bring their mobile/smartphone and university e-mail address/password.
