This course is designed to support and improve the gains students accomplisched as part of their participation in EnglishB­¡. Students will continue to explore and work on improving their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in the English language. Furthermore, students will participate in group discussions; prepare written reports in-class with those groups, as well as prepare reports using ICT tools with those same groups; students will prepare for and take quizzes focused on level appropriate vocabulary and other word groups (synonyms; prefixes; suffixes; phrasal verbs); students will participate in lectures with a native English speaker; and finally, students will read English language stories focused on various cultural themes, as well as stories concerning their course of study and through that develop and improve their English reading comprehension, as well as their speed and ability reading skills in English.
