This class is designed to explore psychological ideas through English. Students will use the English they know and build upon them to explore psychological ideas and develop counseling skills. Classes will introduce issues, explore them and identify ways they can tackle them through using basic English.
ÅþãÌÜɸ
1) Students should be able to identify problems and identify ways to express them in a basic way.
2) Student should be introspective and use their experiences to tackle psychological problems.
3) Students should be able to use common and native speaker expressions.
4) Students should be able to think about their major course in a different language and express their ideas in simple English.

Performance will be assessed through a combination of the following: Attendance (no more than 5 absences), in-class participation, attitude towards English use homework/projects, final presentation, tests. There are no re-tests.

Credit is determined by:
Attendance and classwork: 40%
Homework: 30%
Tests: 30%
